Description
The NRW Design S58 Billet Multi-Baffled Oil Cap is available with an optional -10AN swivel fitting — is the next evolution of our popular S65 billet oil cap and a natural progression for higher-performance S58 builds.
This slim, sleek, and stylish cap is far more than just a cosmetic upgrade over the OEM plastic cap. It provides functional crankcase ventilation options for higher power cars that commonly experience positive crankcase pressure under boost.
With this cap, you can:
- Run a breather filter directly from the valve cover
- Add the optional -10AN swivel fitting to route crankcase gases to a catch can system
Multi-Baffled Internal Design
Unlike simple vented caps, this oil cap features a multi-chamber, multi-ported internal baffling system that helps trap and separate oil vapor while still allowing excess gases to escape.
This internal porting acts as a first stage of oil filtration before gases are routed to a catch can or breather, helping to:
- Reduce oil mist exiting the valve cover
- Minimize oil residue in the engine bay and on the hood
- Improve overall effectiveness of downstream catch can systems
