Shipping Policy

RedCars ships automotive parts across Spain and the European Union.

Processing time

In-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delivery times & costs

• Spain (mainland): 2–4 business days.
• European Union: 3–7 business days.
• Free shipping on all orders over €150. Below that, a flat carrier rate is calculated at checkout.

Large & heavy items

Bulky parts (body panels, exhaust systems, wheels) may ship on a pallet courier and can take slightly longer. Any such delay is shown at checkout.

Customs

Orders within the EU are delivered with no additional customs charges. For deliveries outside the EU the recipient is responsible for any import duties or taxes.
