Refund & Returns Policy

At RedCars we want you to be fully satisfied with every part you order. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging, with all labels and protective films intact.
• Electrical parts, opened fluids and special-order items can only be returned if faulty.
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required for every return.

How to return

Email support@redcars.es with your order number and the reason for return. We will send you the return address and instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied. Return shipping is paid by the customer except in the case of a defective or wrong part.

Right of withdrawal (EU)

In accordance with EU consumer law, customers in the European Union may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. This right does not affect your statutory warranty rights.
